Return Policy
Orders will be processed by Hard.shop. You can return your order within 14 days from the shipping date of your order. Items must be in their original condition and include all labels. You can choose to exchange the product if it has not been worn/used. Next to this you can also choose to get a refund of the order(excl shipping costs). To exchange the article please fill out the return form that came with your order. The customer is responsible for returning the goods. Hard.shop is not responsible for misprints in pricing or delivery on the website. It is not possible to return items that have a specific customization ( items with "your own name").

Delivery time (cd): 1-2 days (NL, Belgium, Germany)
Delivery time (bomber,flags,backpacks, vests/hoodies): 4-8 business days (NL, Belgium, Germany)
Delivery time (shirts): 2-6 business days (NL, Belgium, Germany)


Pre-orders & deliveries outside NL/BE/DE:
- Products that are ordered with an item that has a pre-order status, will be shipped on the date the pre-order is available.
- Orders outside NL, Belgium & Germany could take longer to be delivered.
